  • Environmental impact assessment (EIA) is a document in the form of a report that is part of the project documentation in the form of a section.

    +38(096)781-05-37 - ecology, +38(050)709-09-30 - labor protection

    The purpose of EIA is to determine the expediency, acceptability of planned activities and justification of economic, technical, organizational, sanitary, state-legal and other measures to ensure environmental safety.

    The development of EIA materials is entrusted to authorized organizations whose experts have the appropriate qualification certificates for the implementation of the environmental impact assessment section. First of all, the customer has the right to independently choose the environmental impact assessment executor and agree with him on all aspects of the environmental impact of the planned activity.

    The EIA section includes the following subdivisions:

     - grounds for carrying out EIA;

     - physical and geographical features of the district and site (route) of the construction of the design object;

     - general characteristics of the design object;

     - assessment of the impact of the planned activity on the natural environment;

     - assessment of the impact of the planned activity on the surrounding social environment;

     - assessment of the impact of the planned activity on the man-made environment;

     - comprehensive measures to ensure the normative state of the environment and its safety;

     - assessment of environmental impacts during construction;

     - a statement about the environmental consequences of the activity

    Any activity or its derivatives can pose a danger to the environment, a danger that must be detected and warned at the design stage to avoid significant financial losses of the enterprise in the event of an emergency environmental situation during the implementation of operational activities.

    Our specialists will help assess the impact on the natural and man-made environment, offer methods of monitoring and measures to prevent negative impact on the environment. They will help to avoid financial losses, to prevent the introduction of sanctions by regulatory bodies and to receive negative conclusions during the examination of projects.
