The technical description and operating instructions are intended for training by personnel and practical operation during installation and operation of complete transformer substations of the KTPOB type with a capacity of 63 (80) kVA and capacity information about the working principle of operation, the main technical characteristics, as well as information about ensuring their correct operation and the continued development of technical capabilities.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Complete transformer substations KTPOB-63 (80) U1 with a capacity of 63 (80) kVA external installations are designed for electrical heating and other methods of electrothermal treatment of concrete and frozen soil with automatic controls temperature, in the minds of everyday Maidan residents. KPTOB has a three-phase two-winding transformer type TMOB with a density of 63 (80) kVA with natural oil cooling. Thermal curing of concrete speeds up the hardening process, and the availability of automatic temperature control reduces energy consumption. The KTPOB has a blocking system that ensures the safety of the operating personnel when the concrete is heated.

An average voltage of 121 ... 49 V is used for electrical heating of concrete and frozen soil. It is possible to connect residents to a three-phase voltage of 380 V.

In the normal minds of the KTPOB robots: 

- height above the level of the sea - no more than 1000 m; 

- the lower value of the operating temperature of the room is minus 45 0C; 

- the upper value of the ambient air temperature is plus 40 0C; 

- more than average - not vibration-unsafe, do not place a saw blade, an aggressive saw and steam in concentrations that ruin metals and insulation.

KTPOB is not approved for: 

- robots in the minds are shaking, vibration, shock; 

- introduced food on the side of NN.
