The Titan electric steam generator is designed for the production of steam at enterprises, organizations and institutions. The AKVE Titan steam boiler can be used both in heating systems and for heat treatment of materials and products, removal of impurities, sterilization, drying and other similar processes.

The AKVE Titan steam generator is manufactured with steam productivity from 11 to 575 kg/h, power from 9 to 450 kW, and maximum pressure up to 8, 10 or 15 bar.

There are two types of steam generators:

  - with electromechanical control;

  - with electronic control.

The mandatory set of Titan steam generators includes:

  - working manometer;

  - control manometer;

  - network pressure manometer;

  - safety valve;

  - non-return valve;

  - electric hydraulic valve;

  - thermal limiter with an independent release;

  - temperature indicator.

All models of AKVE Titan steam boilers are equipped with a smooth start and stop system, which allows you to avoid sudden current surges in the power supply network.

Steam generators are tested in the conditions of the enterprise "Titan". If necessary, additional adjustment and the first start-up of the steam generator are carried out under the conditions of the customer. The cost of this service is determined individually.

The warranty period for the Titan steam generator is set for 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate. Warranty obligation for TENs - 6 months. The manufacturer reserves the right to make structural changes to the device that do not impair its performance in any way.
