Mast complete transformer substations with a capacity of 25-250 kVA

  • Mast-mounted complete transformer substations with a capacity of 25-250 kVA, implemented by the enterprise Energospetsservice, order, consultation +38(096) 40-60-989, +38(04333)4-22-19.

    Mast complete transformer substations are designed for reception, transformation and distribution of electric energy of three-phase alternating current with a voltage of 6-10 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz, transformation and distribution of it on a three-phase four-wire network with a grounded neutral at a voltage of 0.4 kV.

    Field of application

    Electricity supply to agricultural consumers, individual settlements and small industrial facilities.

    Construction

    The tower substation consists of a cabinet of a high-voltage device and a cabinet of a low-voltage switchgear of 0.4 kV, mounted in a single unit.

    The device on the high voltage side UVN, the power transformer (oil) corresponds to GOST 11677, GOST 14209, GOST 16555, DSTU 2105, as well as technical specifications for specific types of transformers, the distribution device on the side of low voltage RUNN (automatic circuit breakers of domestic or foreign production, according at the request of the patron).

    The substation is installed on reinforced concrete pillars-foundations at a height of up to 1.8 m from the ground level.

    The disconnector RLND (z) -10 / 400U1, which is supplied according to the application, is installed on the end support of the high-voltage line 10 (6) kV.

    The power transformer is connected to the 10 kV line through a disconnector and fuses. On the low-voltage side, the power lines and the street lighting line are connected to the transformer substation with the grounded low-voltage winding of the transformer. Circuit breakers with protection against overloads and short-circuit currents are installed in the circuits of 0.4 kV lines. There are substations of a typical design with protection of outgoing lines by fuses of the PN-2 type (PPN)

    Normal working conditions of KTP are:

      - height above sea level - not more than 1000m;

      - the lower value of the working air temperature - minus 45 ° C;

      - the upper value of the working air temperature is plus 40 ° C.

    The environment is explosive, which does not contain conductive dust, aggressive dust and steam in concentrations that destroy metals and insulation.
