Extrusion lines for the production of profiled products, NVP "INKOS" have a similar principle of operation and extrusion process as pipe lines, but differ in extrusion equipment. "INKOS" NVP enterprise manufactures large and small extrusion lines that correspond to the customer's given extrusion profile and extrusion product.

The extrusion line consists of an extruder, a die, a calibrator (depending on the type of product), a cooling bath, a pulling device, a cutting device, a receiving device (winder/stacker/turning table depending on the type of product). Lines are equipped with extruders depending on the material being processed and can be operated with forming heads of various cross-sections.

Compared to the wooden profile, the PVC plastic profile has more advantages, such as cost, weight, variety of colors and designs, durability.
