How the heating pump works

Circulation-type units use the principle of centrifugal force. Thanks to this, the circulation of water and other heat carriers in systems characterized by closed circuits is ensured.

There are only three main parts of the pump. They are represented by an impeller equipped with radially curved blades, as well as a shaft and an electric motor. The last one turns the wheel. When the liquid pressure decreases at the inlet of the nozzle, it helps to suck it into the pump. The impeller, on the other hand, generates a centrifugal force inside by rotation. This process causes compression, which injects liquid into the closed circuit of the heating system or water supply system under pressure.

Due to such a simple electromechanism, which is the main part of the circuit system, a fast and uninterrupted supply of water is ensured. Thanks to this, circulation pumps are suitable for use not only in private houses, but can also be used in industrial systems, cooperatives and cottage villages.
