Titan electric floor boilers heat industrial, administrative, residential premises with an area of 30 to 1800 m². They are produced with power from 3 to 180 kW. The voltage of the power supply network is 220 V and 380 V.

Electric boilers 3 - 120 kW and 135 - 180 kW are made in a structurally different design and have a number of differences.

Boilers 3 - 120 kW are produced in white color, have a vertical arrangement of heaters in the heat exchanger, pipes with external threads.

The line of electric boilers 135 - 180 kW is made in red color, has a new design of the heat exchanger with a horizontal arrangement of heating elements, flanged connecting pipes.

Boilers can be installed both in new and in existing heating systems with devices operating in parallel, in addition to other types of heating boilers. The temperature in the boiler is set in the range of 15 - 90 ° C and is constantly maintained with the help of automation, which helps to regulate the consumption of electricity relative to the heating area and removes the need to control the operation of the boiler. The heating element for the boilers is a block-TEH (tubular electric heater) made of stainless steel. Water is used as a heat carrier in the heating system.

The basic model of Titan floor boilers with a capacity of 3 - 180 kW includes:

  - two or three levels of power;

  - temperature controller;

  - temperature indicator;

  - thermal insulation.

Additional options for Titan floor boilers with a capacity of 3 - 120 kW:

  - automatic air release float valve (for boilers located at the upper point of the system);

  - automatic selection of power levels;

  - Grundfos circulation pump (not installed in the boiler body);

  - protective disconnection device (protection against leakage current and contact with exposed current-carrying parts);

  - daily programmer (sets the required time and frequency of boiler operation);

  - temperature limiter with alarm (used to control and shut down the equipment in case of emergency overheating);

  - pressure sensor with alarm (used to control and shut down the equipment in case of coolant leakage);

  - magnesium anode (used to soften water in the heating system and to prevent the formation of scale on block heaters).

Boilers with a capacity of 135, 150, 165, 180 kW are equipped in addition to the basic model with:

  - temperature limiter with alarm;

  - pressure sensor with alarm;

  - protective three-phase automatic switches for each heating unit.

This system allows you to avoid such emergency situations as short circuit, current overload, etc. 135 - 180 kW boilers are not equipped with additional options.

The warranty period for the Titan floor electric boiler is set for 12 months from the date of sale according to the stamp of the trade organization. The manufacturer reserves the right to make structural changes to the device without impairing its operational characteristics in any way.
