The boiler is heated on natural gas

Titan gas boilers are one of the most environmentally friendly domestic boilers due to the design of the combustion chamber and the use of a stainless steel microtorch burner, which ensures complete gas combustion with minimal emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere. The efficiency of Titan boilers is 92%.

Titan natural gas boilers are used in heating systems of individual residential buildings, administrative, communal and industrial buildings. The Titan gas boiler is produced in a floor version, flue, with a heat capacity of 9 to 40 kW, heats rooms with an area of 90 - 400 m².

Titan boilers are installed in closed and open heating systems. Thanks to the cylindrical heat exchanger, the pressure in the closed heating system is maintained up to 3 bar. The steel heat exchanger is welded with pipes for supplying and draining water, a furnace is installed in the lower part.

The gas burner device consists of a stainless steel microtorch igniter that prevents the formation of soot, an air supply regulator and a tray that protects the floor from heating.

In the production of gas boilers, Italian gas automation for safety and regulation is used, which performs the following functions:

  - provides gas supply to the igniter and the main burner using manual adjustment;

  - automatically stops the gas supply to the boiler when the burner flame is extinguished, the draft in the chimney is disturbed, the water is heated above the limit range of regulation, the gas pressure drops below the limit value before the main burner is extinguished;

  - maintains the temperature in the heating room within the specified limits by turning on and off the gas supply to the main burner depending on the temperature of the water in the heating system;

  - provides manual shutdown of the gas supply to the main burner when the igniter is working;

  - provides gas shut-off to the main burner in Start mode.

The main component characteristics of Titan gas boilers:

  - self-monitoring of the automation unit using the flame sensor, draft sensor, coolant temperature sensor;

  - thermostat;

  - piezo ignition.

The warranty period for the Titan gas boiler is set for 36 months from the date of sale according to the stamp of the trade organization. The manufacturer reserves the right to make structural changes to the device that do not impair its performance in any way.
