Copolymer bearing housings are a joint between the outer ring of the bearing and the inner surface of a steel or polymer pipe. The process of pumping the bearing housing allows it to self-center. In the absence of strict alignment of seats, the edge pressure of the rollers on the raceways increases, and the service life of the bearings decreases sharply.

For mounting the bearing housing, the inner part of the pipe is pre-drilled, which allows to remove the ellipticity caused by poor manufacturing or deformation during storage and transportation.

Our production offers two main types of bearing housings:

  - those that require maintenance;

  - those that do not require maintenance.

Those that require maintenance - there is a possibility of replacing the bearing and a place for installing a labyrinth seal.

Those that do not require maintenance - do not allow replacing the bearing, since it is mounted inside before pumping, but it is possible to use all kinds of seals:

  - oil-saturated felt;

  - rubber cuffs;

  - labyrinth sealing.

Bearing housings are made for steel pipes with an outer diameter of 76, 89, 102, 108, 114, 127, 133, 152, 159 mm, which are widely used.

Bearings of 204, 205, 304, 305, 306, 307 mm are possible for the standard pipe diameter.
