Megatron hydraulic seal is a composite material of various cross-sections for sealing horizontal and vertical structural joints of concrete structures, as well as places of communication introduction during construction or in an existing structure.

Recommendations for use:

The waterproofing is placed on the concrete base as tightly as possible, without gaps and fixed against possible displacement with the help of a mounting grid and dowels with a step of 250-300 mm. The harnesses are butted together, with the ends butted at a 45° angle to create a continuous line. All sleeves through which communication inputs are planned through the enclosing elements of the structures are tightly wrapped with a hydraulic gasket. The installation of the hydraulic lining is carried out immediately before the installation of the formwork. The distance from the edge of the structure should be at least 50 mm. It is allowed to lay the gasket on wet concrete, but without standing water. For repair work, this material is recommended to be used with Megatron system materials.
