Hoses for food

Food hoses are made of materials that are approved for this use. Such hoses have an inner layer of white rubber mixtures, devoid of smell and taste, as well as their PVC, polyethylene and other polymers with a high degree of purity, free from harmful substances, and do not impair the useful and organoleptic properties of products. Depending on the type, these hoses are intended for food, such as: drinking water, milk and dairy products, alcohols and fruit juices, beverages, fats, oils, etc. They are also used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Range of internal diameters: from 3 to 200 mm. Working pressure - up to 27 bar.

Fittings for hoses (see section INDUSTRIAL FITTINGS) must be fastened with worm or power clamps, it is also possible to press with crimp sleeves. For this type of hoses, 316 stainless steel fittings and an inner surface with the required finish are used.
