Hoses for abrasive materials, Lviv

Hoses for abrasive materials are used for bulk materials with a high coefficient of friction - including sandblasting and shot blasting, ice treatment, transportation of plaster and concrete, grain, granules, feed, seeds, sugar, flour, cement, sand, gravel. Depending on the substance, abrasive hoses are made of abrasion-resistant materials, such as SBR / NR rubber compound, PU / PVC plastic or ceramic tiles dipped in natural rubber. To send nutrients, the inner layer is made of white rubber. Abrasion of the inner rubber layer is specified in accordance with DIN 53516 from 36 mm 3 to 80 mm 3 (the lower the value, the better the abrasion resistance). Internal diameters of these hoses from 13 mm to 500 mm, working pressure up to 80 bar (concrete hoses).

Fittings for Abrasion-resistant hoses (see section INDUSTRIAL FITTINGS) must be mounted with worm and bolt clamps, or with the use of crimp sleeves.
