Composite hoses and fittings

Composite hoses are very light and very flexible hoses of a special multi-layer construction. These hoses consist of several layers of plastic film spirally wound in strips between two wire spirals (inner and outer). Depending on the film material used (polypropylene, polyamide, ECTFE, polyester, glass fiber or aramid fiber), as well as the wire (galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium), hoses of this type are designed to transport chemicals (including aggressive ones), oil products, liquid gas, concentrated alcohols, etc. They are used in industrial installations, for unloading and refueling road and rail tanks and in maritime transport. The hoses are supplied as ready-made, pressure-tested hoses with a variety of fittings. The hoses are supplied with the appropriate certificates.
