Transformer substations from the manufacturer

"Valon-A" http://valon-a.org/ has been supplying electrical products to the Ukrainian market since the beginning of 1992. For 22 years, the company has taken the position of a reliable manufacturer of high-quality electrical products, we use components from leading manufacturers, advanced modern technologies, and progressive design solutions.

The company produces products according to its own developments, approved technical conditions and parameters. The product is certified by UkrSEPRO and corresponds to the quality certificate in Ukraine.

We are ready to develop transformer substations or distribution devices upon request or according to the customer's schemes.

Transformer substations are electrical installations that function to convert, receive voltage, and distribute electricity during power supply to various facilities.

The components of transformer substations are a transformer, a switchgear, an automatic control and protection mechanism, and additional structures.

There are two types of transformer substations - step-up and step-down.

By increasing TPs - located at power plants, they convert the voltage supplied by the generator into significantly higher values, which are necessary for supplying energy through power lines.

Step-down substations convert to the secondary, lower, primary voltage of the power grid.

Taking into account the indicators of voltage volumes and purpose, step-down transformer substations are classified into main, district, local (shop).

District substations take electricity from power lines, then transfer it to the main step-down transformer substations (in which the voltage is reduced). After that, the transmission goes to local (workshop) substations, where the last phase of transformation (reduction) is carried out, after which the distribution of electricity between different consumers begins.

"Valon-A" produces transformer substations in a fully equipped form.

Distribution devices are installations that receive/distribute electricity. Devices consist of switching devices, connecting busbars, automation and protection mechanisms, measuring devices and auxiliary devices. The switchgear can be closed by the indoor switchgear and open switchgear located in the open area.

A complete switchgear is a switchgear that is formed from closed cabinets/blocks with built-in devices, protection and automation mechanisms. The "Valon-A" CRP is delivered in an assembled, fully ready-to-use condition. KRPs are quite compact, so they are convenient to use in small rooms.

KRPs are widely used in city substations, power plants, in industrial and oil production complexes, and in shipbuilding.

A typical KRP section consists of four departments:

linear (measuring current transformers),

relay (low-voltage equipment, switches, counters, control elements),

for the switch,

for prefabricated power tires.

The enterprise "Valon-A" (0382) 749-586 uses production and technical capacities for the manufacture of transformer substations, complete distribution devices and KSO chambers, various designs, types, circuit solutions.
