What is related to mechanical engineering?
The labor intensity of some processes and branches of industry is sometimes shocking. It is difficult to assess all aspects of the production of one or another type of product from an outside perspective, but, as they say, it is difficult in training, easy in battle. The figurativeness of this expression is true and comprehensive, because knowledge of the essence and specifics of one or another group of works brings us closer to a complete understanding of the general.
In the machine-building industry, which is a subgroup of the manufacturing sector of the national economy, there is a sufficient number of labor-intensive components, and it is impossible to give any group exceptional importance. To get to the bottom of the matter, it is necessary to note the following main connectors included in mechanical engineering: 1) Heavy 2) Accurate 3) General 4) Average 5) Mass 6) Metisov. The characteristics of each of them will give a complete picture of the importance and labor-intensive activity of the machine-building industry, subordinated to the task of working for the benefit of society and ordinary people individually. Let's start with heavy industry. It skillfully combines a professional bias towards certain branches of industry and highly qualified work with a large volume of time and resource costs. In heavy industry, the development and production of metallurgical equipment, forging and pressing, mining and quarrying, energy, as well as crane, elevator, excavator and conveyor construction is carried out. In the second group, we highlight time-consuming and technologically verified processes of manufacturing precision devices, namely: radio-technical, electrical-technical and devices of narrow and wide use in general. Production of transport, ships, airplanes, trains, and the entire infrastructure of railways and the rocket and space spheres should be included in the General Mechanical Engineering. The middle group of the machine-building industry is engaged in the manufacture of cars, tractors, combines, tools, machine tools, household appliances and robotics, the field of the future. It is important to note the tangible contribution of mechanical engineering to the everyday, folk sphere of activity, meaning the mass production of very necessary small parts, such as: iron products, locks, springs, fittings. It is harmoniously complemented by the group of metal products, which is engaged in the production of ropes, various types of fasteners, nails, and so on.
Every day we are faced with the unobtrusive presence in our lives of objects, parts and products that appeared thanks to the machine-building industry. Be it a trip in city transport, crossing a bridge, climbing to the right floor in an elevator. Sometimes we do not notice the operation of a washing machine, an iron, a radio receiver, a mixer, a refrigerator, but their existence would be impossible if it were not for the coordinated, highly professional work of hundreds and thousands of hands and minds initiated in the machine-building complex. And this should not be forgotten.
